User Flow / Journey

1. Public User Flow:

   1. Landing Page → Search/Filter Properties → View Property Details (Map/Gallery) → Submit Inquiry.

   2. Admin receives notification → Lead assigned to Sales Staff.

2. Client Flow:

   1. Admin receives notification → Lead assigned to Sales Staff.

   2. Login → Dashboard (Overview of total dues) → Click "Payment History" → Download Receipt PDF or Image.

   3. Check "Project Update" for latest construction photos.

3. Admin Flow:

   1. Login → Add New Project.

   2. Upload Map/Images → Mark units as "Available".
