These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase, allotment, and ownership of all properties developed and sold by Sunvia Properties Ltd.
1. Application & Allotment Procedure
- All applicants must submit a duly filled application form along with the required booking amount to initiate the allotment process.
- Allotment of a unit is subject to availability and is confirmed only upon receipt of the booking amount and signing of the allotment letter.
