Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing property bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through calls, visits, and referrals
- Present projects and payment plans to prospective buyers
- Achieve monthly booking targets set by the Sales Manager
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all client interactions
- Coordinate with the documentation team for smooth booking processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- HSC or above; bachelor's degree preferred
