Marketing Officer

We are looking for a creative Marketing Officer to plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Coordinate print materials — brochures, banners, and flyers
- Track campaign performance and report KPIs monthly
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing efforts with targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (real estate or related industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication in Bengali and English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
